DEPARTMENT: Client Services REPORTS TO: President POSITION PURPOSE:The Director of Client Services oversees the department responsible for providing support, training, and communications for PG Calc’s software clients. The Client Services department also provides several report and calculation services, supports the software development teams, tests software, and participates in cross-departmental activities. The Director is a both a managerial and an operational position.
