The Donor Database Senior Manager is responsible for the SPCA of Texas' Blackbaud Raiser's Edge database (currently 300,000+ records), as well as integration of Raiser's Edge with the organization's financial, shelter inventory, volunteer, case management and veterinary databases. The position is in charge of developing, implementing and training staff on proper procedures and ensure consistency and accuracy of data within Raiser's Edge. The manager will also manage regular data audits and will be involved in the strategic planning related the organization's databases. The manager will be critical to helping the SPCA of Texas harness the full power of the data found in each of the organizations' databases through segmentation and integration of data.
